Welcome back for the 2017-2018 School Year!
If you are interested in being on the Leadership Committee for the 2017 - 2018 School Year there will be a new application and interview process.
Nominations will take place during the first week of classes. Interviews upon a successful completion of an application will be at the end of week 2 and decisions will be made by the beginning of week 3. Student must be able to attend about biweekly after school meetings and all choral activities.

Vice President of Chamber Singers
Vice President of Chorus Green
Vice President of Chorus White
Treasurer/PR
Secretary/Librarian
Choral Leadership Roles
President – The President is expected to help lead Leadership Meetings and is in charge of the activity time tutoring instructors and schedule, may be tasked with speaking at concerts and fundraising events. In order to hold this position you must have strong Music Literacy skills.
Vice President (3) – The VP’s are in charge of working with their individual class. VPs will be asked to run warm ups and make announcements about events and ask for volunteers with-in their section. May also be tasked to take charge of a class when there is a sub.
Secretary/Librarian – Secretary will take notes during all meetings, and keep track of volunteers from each class. As a librarian they will help to maintain the choral library
Treasurer/PR – Treasurer will be responsible for keeping track of the Choral Activity account. As a PR person they will be responsible for making posters, and up keep of the board outside the classroom. They will also be in charge of posting on choral department social media accounts.
All leaders are required to attend after school meetings regularly
Leaders MUST be in good academic standing (you may not be failing a class)
Leaders are required to attend ALL choral department events
Leaders must be role models in the classroom.
Leaders must be in one of the choirs all year round.
